Description:

QC - 40 is a highly concentrated liquid chemical cleaner specifically formulated for specialized heavy duty concrete floor cleaning requirements, prior to the application of polymeric coatings and re-surfacings. This cleaner is formulated to include emulsifiers and degreasers at a high concentration. Also, high alkalinity is maintained throughout various applications.  QC - 40 cleans and degreases, and at the same time, holds soils in suspension and allows surfaces to rinse free of deposits.

Direction for Use:

QC - 40 may be applied with automatic floor equipment, wire brush, sprayers and other conventional methods of application. Experiment with this product before establishing procedures. Generally, a 1:10 (12 oz. per gallon) solution is recommended. A greater concentration may be needed, however, depending on grease conditions. A lesser concentration may still be adequate and economical. Flush with fresh water. Ask your Quip Laboratories, Inc.'s representative for specific directions.
