PC-300
Description:
PC-300 is a
chemically balanced cleaning compound that can also be used in
Animal Rearing and Confinement Facilities for the removal of urine
scale in dip tanks or rack and cage washing equipment. PC-300
immediately penetrates and dissolves mineral scale, rust, and urine
deposits. It can be fed automatically into cage washing equipment.
PC-300 can be used as a primary wash agent or as a secondary
application in a two detergent system. It is free rinsing and will
not leave streak forming residues.
Directions for
Use:
Generally, the dosage
of PC-300 needed to remove deposits is dependant upon the type and
severity of the soil. A 1:15 to 1:32 dilution for removing milk
stone deposits is generally recommended. A 1:32 to 1:64 dilution is
generally effective for the removal of hard water and other types
of deposits. The appropriate dosage can be determined on-site by a
Quip Laboratories, Inc. Technical Specialist. When used as dip tank
solution, PC-300 can be diluted down to one percent if the
equipment can remain immersed for several hours. The use of PC-300
must be followed by a potable water rinse when used in food
processing facilities.
