Acidulate 60
Description:
Acidulate 60 immediately penetrates and dissolves urine and mineral
scale deposits.
It has a detergent system that can remove animal fat and protein
soils that other urine scale removers leave behind. Used as a
primary wash agent or as a secondary application, Acidulate 60 is
free rinsing and will not leave streak forming residues.
Directions for Use:
Acidulate 60 can be automatically fed into cage washing equipment
either as a primary wash agent or as a secondary urine scale
remover in a two detergent system. Generally, the dosage of
Acidulate 60 needed to remove deposits is one liter per 400 liters
of wash water. Although time, temperature and severity of soil will
ultimately determine the proper dosage, a Quip Technical Specialist
can analyze your needs on site.
When used as dip tank solution, Acidulate 60 can be diluted down to
one percent if the equipment can remain immersed for several hours.
