Acidulate
Description:
Acidulate is a blend of organic and inorganic acids, special
wetting agents and detergents specifically designed for the removal
of urine deposits, as well as removing animal fats and
proteinaceous soils that other scale removers leave behind. It is
designed for recirculating washers, though it can be used in soak
tank applications. Acidulate is a blend of organic and inorganic
acids with special wetting agents and detergents specifically
designed for the removal of urine deposits.
Acidulate is a chemically balanced cleaning compound that can be
used in dip tanks or in rack and cage washing equipment.
Acidulate immediately penetrates and dissolves urine and mineral
scale deposits.
Acidulate has a detergent system that can remove animal fat and
protein soils that other urine scale removers leave behind. Used as
a primary wash agent or as a secondary application, Acidulate is
free rinsing and will not leave streak forming residues.
Directions For Use:
Acidulate can be automatically fed into cage washing equipment
either as a primary wash agent or as a secondary urine scale
remover in a two detergent system. Generally, the dosage of
Acidulate needed to remove deposits is one liter per 400 liters of
wash water. Although time, temperature and severity of soil will
ultimately determine the proper dosage, a Quip Technical Specialist
can analyze your needs on site.
When used as dip tank solution, Acidulate can be diluted down to
one percent if the equipment can remain immersed for several hours.
