Description:
Acid 50-W is a blend of organic and inorganic acids with special wetting agents and detergents specifically designed for the removal of urine deposits.
Acid 50-W is a chemically balanced cleaning compound that can be used in dip tanks or in rack and cage washing equipment.
Acid 50-W immediately penetrates and dissolves urine and mineral scale deposits.
Acid 50-W has a detergent system that can remove animal fat and protein soils that other urine scale removers leave behind. Used as a primary wash agent or as a secondary application, Acid 50-W is free rinsing and will not leave streak forming residues.
Directions for Use:
Acid 50-W can be fed automatically into cage washing equipment either as a primary wash agent or as a secondary urine scale remover in a two detergent system. Generally, the dosage of Acid 50-W needed to remove deposits is one liter per 400 liters of wash water. Although time,
temperature and severity of soil will ultimately determine
the proper dosage, a Quip Technical Specialist can analyze your needs on site.
When used as dip tank solution, Acid 50-W can be diluted down to one percent if the equipment can remain immersed for several hours.
