Acidulate ATG

Description:

Acidulate ATG is a chemically balanced cleaning compound designed for Animal Rearing and Confinement Facilities. It is effective across a wide temperature range and has exceptional hard water tolerance. The low foam surface active agents provide excellent detergency and provide added protection from foaming sometimes caused by organic soils and proteins, making it suitable for use in rack and cage washing equipment, re-circulating washers, and soak or dip tank operations.
 

Directions for Use:

Acidulate ATG can be fed automatically into cage washing equipment, either as a primary wash agent or as a secondary urine scale remover in a two detergent system. Acidulate ATG is free rinsing and will not leave streak forming residues. Generally, the dosage of Acidulate ATG needed to remove deposits is dependent upon the type and severity of the soil. In re-circulating washers, doses range between 1:256 to 1:128 depending on the washer type and severity of the soil.
A 1:32 to 1:64 is generally effective for the removal of urine scale, hard water scale, and other types of deposits, when used in soak tank and dip tank applications. Acidulate ATG can be diluted down to one percent if the equipment can remain immersed for several hours.
